LOVING THIS WEEK. today was awesome. every single race i didnt round the windward mark first. but crossing the line ahead of everyone else. it was so awesome that i had to pinch myself to see if this is really happening. so here's a a summary of the races.

wind super duper light and they start the race. my start was HORRIBLE. started at like 3rd line and had no wind to beat up. PLUS i banged wrong corner and overlayed the mark. downwind no change in position but it took a hell load of patience cuz current was so darn strong. same thing happened for the upwind. now this was where the fun started. on the reach, i somehow was able to point up over everyone and eventually got my lead ahead of nick. then we rounded the 2nd mark and practically our spots were sealed with a freak wind shift and gust to bring me to win my first race.

again light wind, again bad start. i counted and i rounded windward 38th. OMG. not happening man. THEN super heng we bang up on the downwind and geneve rounded first followed by germaine and me. val and den were behind me. lols. all girls. die die. and geneve's lead was like amazing. BUT she went too low on the reach and the rest all caught up with her. by the 2nd mark i was on her stern. a lil bit of match racing and i moved up to round first and get the horn to finish. and i'm really sorry to geneve for stealing her pos. =(

YAY strong wind. my start was perfect. but eventually feng yi out sailed me to the mark and i rounded 2nd. BUT his downwind was kinda slow so i took over and rounded first. from that point onwards i kept my cool and played the safer route to cover fengz. i did that all the way to the finish to get my 3rd horn for the day.

STILL STRONG WIND. shiok. BUT horrible start where i tot it was general recall but it turned out to be individual. nvm. worked my way upwind to round 8th and worked my ass up on the downwind to 2nd right behind russell. i got beat by zach on the upwind and rounded windward 3rd. BUT russ made the same mistake of goin low and me and zach caught to him. i rounded 2nd ahead of zach. THEN russ wasnt paying attention to his sail when a shift hit and from then on he slowed down which allowed me to pass and steal the win.

so thats a recap and tmr is the last day. i hope the winds are on my side and i pray really hard to make it. =)
